Shipping to Armenia from United Kingdom

You can send a parcel from Meest as follows:

• register on the Meest portal
• register the parcel online by choosing one of the options:

  1. InPost/DHL/Evri/DPD/UPS Drop-off - the possibility to drop off your parcel to Meest through any InPost/DHL/Evri/DPD/UPS branch.

  2. Home Pick-up - pick-up of your parcel from your home by the courier.

• pay for the package online
• print the barcode that you will receive after processing the parcel and stick it on the box

If you chose option InPost/DHL/Evri/DPD/UPS Drop-off, visit any InPost/DHL/Evri/DPD/UPS branch and give the package to a post office employee. It will scan the box and transfer it to Meest.

If you chose option Home Pick-up, wait for the courier and give the package to him. He will scan the box and transfer it to Meest.

Parcels must be securely packaged, preferably in a cardboard box, with the name and address of both the sender and the recipient - must be written on 2 (two) sides of a parcel.

Meest UK does not cover damages to the contents of the parcels. Please notify our agents if you have any fragile items in the parcels and they will assist you in packaging them securely.

The maximum size of parcel: either side cannot exceed 1.05 m (41"), the weight of parcel may be less than 5 kg, but the cost of shipping is as for 5 kg.

The cost of your package can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight.

To determine the cost of shipping, the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight is utilized.

Each parcel is automatically insured depending on the selected service:

• £50 inclusive Parcel Protection for Express shipments
• £20 inclusive Parcel Protection for regular services

The maximum amount of additional insurance available is up to £800.

Additional insurance is charged at +5% of the declared value.

Every parcel is insured for £50.00. Any additional insurance will cost you £5 per each £100 of estimated parcel value; £800 max.

Meest UK provides expedited air delivery to Armenia with an estimated transit time of up to 4 business days. Final delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, local logistics operations, and the pickup process. First-mile transportation and customs handling are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Parcels shipped from the United Kingdom to Armenia can weigh up to 30 kg. The minimum chargeable weight is 5 kg, meaning shipments under this threshold are still billed at the 5 kg rate regardless of actual weight.

Personal-use and non-commercial items valued under 200 EUR per shipment between one sender and one recipient may qualify for duty-free import. If the declared value exceeds this limit, customs duties and taxes may be applied according to Armenian import regulations, and the recipient is responsible for payment.
