FOR CUSTOMERS WHO LIVE IN UK
AND WISH TO SEND PARCELS TO UKRAINE:
- Maximum weight for delivery by air is 30 kg and by ground is 30 kg
- Each parcel includes £50 basic insurance for Express services and £20 for regular services. Additional insurance is available up to £800 at +5% of the declared value.
- The maximum value of goods one may ship to a recipient in Ukraine without having to pay additional import duty is 150 EUR. The shipment should be sent from one shipper to one recipient in a single dispatch. If the value exceeds this limit, customs duties will apply.
Please note: if the value of your shipment exceeds 150 EUR, the following charges apply:
- Duty: 10% of the amount exceeding 150 EUR
- VAT: 20% of the amount exceeding 150 EUR (including duty)
Example:
Declared value: 200 EUR
- Duty: (200 − 150) × 10% = 5 EUR
- VAT: (200 − 150 + 5) × 20% = 11 EUR
- Total customs charges: 16 EUR
You can send a parcel from Meest as follows:
- register on the Meest portal
- register the parcel online by choosing one of the options:
1. DPD/Evri/DHL/UPS/InPost Drop-off - the possibility to drop off your parcel to Meest through any DPD/Evri/DHL/InPost branch.
2. Home Pick-up - pick-up of your parcel from your home by the courier.
- pay for the package online
- print the barcode that you will receive after processing the parcel and stick it on the box
If you chose option DPD/Evri/DHL/UPS/InPost Drop-off, visit any DPD/Evri/DHL/InPost branch and give the package to a post office employee. It will scan the box and transfer it to Meest.
If you chose option Home Pick-up, wait for the courier and give the package to him. He will scan the box and transfer it to Meest.

Parcels must be securely packaged, preferably in a cardboard box, with the name and address of both the sender and the recipient - must be written on 2 (two) sides of a parcel.
Meest UK does not cover damages to the contents of the parcels. Please notify our agents if you have any fragile items in the parcels and they will assist you in packaging them securely.
The maximum size of parcel: either side cannot exceed 1.05 m (41"), the weight of parcel may be less than 5 kg, but the cost of shipping is as for 5 kg.
The cost of your package can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight.
To determine the cost of shipping, the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight is utilized.

Each parcel is automatically insured depending on the selected service:
- £50 inclusive Parcel Protection for Express shipments
- £20 inclusive Parcel Protection for regular services
The maximum amount of additional insurance available is up to £800.
Additional insurance is charged at +5% of the declared value.
HOW TO FILL OUT A CUSTOMS DECLARATION?
If you are sending a parcel within Ukraine, a more detailed declaration, the so-called customs declaration, is required. Enter the first three letters of the product name and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE TO UKRAINE?
Delivery time depends on the country of origin and destination.
For courier services to Ukraine, delivery takes 7 to 10 business days and may be affected by customs processing.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING?
Thanks to the electronic parcel registration form, the label with the recipient's address details and the customs declaration are generated online and attached to the parcel when it is handed over to the courier.
You do not need to add any documents to the parcel.
CAN I SEND AN ENVELOPE WITH DOCUMENTS?
Yes, but it must be in a special cardboard envelope for protection, or a flat box. You can find suitable envelopes and boxes at Post Office and Royal Mail branches, WHSmith, or Ryman. Make sure your documents comply with shipping regulations:

CAN I SEND A PASSPORT FROM THE EU TO UKRAINE?
Passports and ID cards cannot be sent by mail from the UK to Ukraine.

- Electronic smoking devices: e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS, POD systems, etc.
- Alcohol
- Used, unclean clothing and footwear
- Pet food
- Seeds, saplings, and timber from rare tree species
- Artworks, collectibles, and antiques
- Identity documents, such as passports or ID cards
- Expired medicines or those without original packaging
- Animal-based food products (except factory-sealed goods up to 10 kg per parcel)
- Banknotes, bearer securities, and foreign currency
- Books and magazines published in Russia or Belarus, as well as any books and magazines in Russian
- Goods originating from Russia, Belarus, or temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories
- Electric fishing equipment, poaching tools, monofilament nets, hunting traps, etc.
