HOW TO FILL OUT A CUSTOMS DECLARATION?

Arrow

If you are sending a parcel within Ukraine, a more detailed declaration, the so-called customs declaration, is required. Enter the first three letters of the product name and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

If your item is not listed, contact us, and we will update our database.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Arrow

Delivery time depends on the country of origin and destination.

For shipments to Ukraine, delivery starts from 7 to 10 business days and may be affected by customs processing.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING?

Arrow

Thanks to the electronic parcel registration form, the label with the recipient's address details and the customs declaration are generated online and attached to the parcel when it is handed over to the courier.

You do not need to add any documents to the parcel.

CAN I SEND AN ENVELOPE WITH DOCUMENTS?

Arrow

Yes, but it must be in a special cardboard envelope for protection, or a flat box. You can find suitable envelopes and boxes at Post Office and Royal Mail branches, WHSmith, or Ryman. Make sure your documents comply with shipping regulations:
