Tips for Sending Parcels from the UK to Ukraine with Meest

Although our service in the UK has only recently launched, we are committed to providing you with a convenient, reliable, and smooth shipping experience. We hope you’ll be satisfied with our service and continue to entrust your parcels to us in the future.

To help you prepare your shipment with ease, we’ve put together some useful tips:

No need to travel anywhere: a courier from our authorized partner, Parcelforce, will collect your parcel from the address you provide — whether it’s your home, office, or another convenient location.
Parcel collection is available on business days, the day after you create a shipment via the Meest Portal or Meest mobile app (App Store/Play Market).
If you place and pay for your shipment on a Friday, collection will take place on the following Monday.
Once your shipment is confirmed, please check your email — Parcelforce will send you a message with the estimated collection time.
Make sure to package your parcel securely to ensure it’s well-protected during transit.
Before packing, double-check that your parcel does not contain any prohibited items.
You don’t need to print a shipping label: the Parcelforce courier will bring the label and attach it to your parcel upon collection.
Track the status of your shipment through your personal account on the Meest Portal or the Meest App (App Store/Play Market).
