To help you prepare your shipment with ease, we’ve put together some useful tips:

• No need to travel anywhere: a courier from our authorized partner, Parcelforce, will collect your parcel from the address you provide — whether it’s your home, office, or another convenient location.
• Parcel collection is available on business days, the day after you create a shipment via the Meest Portal or Meest mobile app (App Store/Play Market).
• If you place and pay for your shipment on a Friday, collection will take place on the following Monday.
• Once your shipment is confirmed, please check your email — Parcelforce will send you a message with the estimated collection time.
• Make sure to package your parcel securely to ensure it’s well-protected during transit.
• Before packing, double-check that your parcel does not contain any prohibited items.
• You don’t need to print a shipping label: the Parcelforce courier will bring the label and attach it to your parcel upon collection.
• Track the status of your shipment through your personal account on the Meest Portal or the Meest App (App Store/Play Market).
